Cur was originally placed within the [[Jade Icon]] for pulling forth those fears and subjecting the owners to more than they were psychologically capable of handling. Many of those who experienced her touch either died in their sleep, were scared to death, or suffered from the effects and passed to her brother [[Dibbuk|Dibbuk's]] influence of madness. She is often seen accompanying Dibbuk as she goes about.
