Native to [[Mhaldor Isle]], '''lycopods''' are surviving mutations of the plants that were ravaged by the [[Extermination|exterminating]] [[red fog]]. Thick-stemmed with razor sharp leaves and a vine evolved just for tripping and entangling their victims, they are highly aggressive and carnivorous in nature attacking and even eating many a hapless newbie as they attempt to travel between Mhaldor and the main continent.  

They are also play a part in Mhaldorian cuisine where they are served as a salad at the [[Worm and Grub]] and their juices are part of a local cocktail at the [[Gilded Corset]]
