The '''Wheel of Chaos''', the [[The Occultists|Occultists']] [[icon]], is nestled within the frozen depths of a ruined structure located on the Chaos Tundra of the Northern [[Nishnatoba]] Deadlands. A tall smokeless flame serves as the wheel’s hub, with a mass of spokes jutting from the fire towards the outter ring.  Moving and shifting independently of each other, the spokes move at a frenetic, random pace to keep up with the everflowing vermillion substance of the wheel. Spinning in on itself, the ropey substance is neither solid or liquid, hovering in mid-air as it turns endlessly, throwing off multicoloured sparks as it revolves.
