What's the difference between implanted and standing totems? And does this necessitate a rewording of "Runewardens, Shamans, and Serpents from various cities engage in a miniature war of their own, implanting totems and splicing at strategic locations"? | What's the difference between implanted and standing totems? Implanted totems: those things stuck in the ground, you see them a lot in cities and other such org areas. I hear they take half an hour to implant, and a decent amount of time to uproot.
Standing totems: things rune users hold in their hands. You see adventurers straining to hold them upright in a room. The rune users can just stop propping them up.
They work similarly; walk into the room if the totem is upright and tuned against you, and you'll get hit by the runes on the thing. --[[User:Kunama|Kunama]] 02:47, 19 May 2008 (GMT) |
