| Raffles is not native to [[Sapience]], having been encountered by Tarah somewhere else and brought back to the continent after Her 100-year journey. He also serves as Her personal messenger, amongst other things. For the nonce, he will only learn new utterances by his Lady and Her followers, the Concordians, and can similarly be summoned by them.
