Ripped from the body of some unfortunate [[Horkval]], the '''Chitin Greaves''' are a simple, if not ingenious in their design. Comprised of two plates of the insectoid race's natural body armour, the greaves are designed to fit firmly over the calf and thigh of the wearer, with the two sections threaded together by a set of preserved tendons designed to simultaneously hold the greaves taunt, yet also add a touch of bounce. The greaves are an [[artefact]] which grant their bearer the ability to leap like a Horkval. As with many other artefacts, the greaves may be purchased from [[Merentesh]]'s artefact shop in [[Delos]].
