'''The Founders''' are [[Glanos]], [[Sahart]] and [[Enalia]]. [[Glanos]] and [[Sahart]], brothers and known to be the two strongest of [[Elara]] and [[Carme]]'s children, and the grandchildren of [[Callisto]] and [[Sinope]], the two original humans ([[Maya]]'s offspring from her union with the [[Unnamable Horror]]). [[Enalia]] was the daughter of [[Pasiphae]] (direct descendent of Callisto and Sinope) and [[Balam]] (descended from [[Ledo]] and [[Himalia]], also directly descended from [[Callisto]] and [[Sinope]]).

[[Sahart]] and [[Glanos]], their lifelong friendship torn apart by their love for [[Enalia]] both departed [[Ceylon]] with over half of the population of the city. Glanos settled in the plains near the [[Sapphire Ocean]], at the northern end of the [[Vashnar Mountains]]. Sahart, on the other hand, ventured across the [[Sapience|continent]] and settled in the [[Peshwar Delta]] near the [[Eastern Ocean]]. These cities became known as [[Ashtan]] and [[Shallam]], respectively.
