Ralshev's Bay

Ralshev's Bay is the shoal- and reef-encrusted bay near the ruins of Seleucar in which historically a dozen merchant ships full of Shallamese Lancers, including the Luminescent Moon and the Magenta Spray, docked prior to the last, decisive battle of the Wars of Succession. The area is named after Ralshev, a commander who led Seleucar's forces during the War of the Deeps.
