Jagged black rock

A powerful device most grim, a jagged black rock (short name: siphoner) is a talisman themed for all the races available to intrepid adventurers. With it, one may SIPHON the corpse of an adventurer and if possible, gain their racial trait in addition to your own for thirty minutes.
