Collapsed hoop

A collapsed hoop allows its owner to open a magical gateway to another adventurer. The gateway is two-way, and stays open for one minute. Opening a gateway takes six seconds, and is stopped by a monolith sigil. Upon use, the hoop will disappear, reforming after twenty (20) minutes.
