Luminous prism

A luminous prism (shortname: luminousprism) produces a dazzling light when donned, making it impossible to look directly at its wearer, and so concealing their appearance on close inspection. It does not hide divine favours or rare mineral status. It is themed for the Incandescent Empire of the Dawn.
