To Lord Lupus, God of all that is Wild, Beasts, and Men, an ode to Thee.

-Lupine Fire-

A roaring blaze, or a tiny flicker.
The wolf's howl through the night breeze,
the crash of a boar through the forest floor,
or the roar of the mighty grizzly
through the trees.
Lupine Fire, is all of these.

It burns where few know where to look,
and stones and brick no longer lay,
where the hearts of men dare not go,
because Wildness reigns supreme.
This is Lupine Fire, feel it draw you,
feel it take hold.

Soon it consumes, and the wildness within,
is all that's left, and you become kin.
Feel the pride as you leave the kingdoms
of men behind, return to nature, return
to what is still alive. To what is vibrant,
to what will burn you alive.

Once you've felt it, there is no going back.
You've heard the call, and now the flame
begins to grow, stirring your soul.
Run you will, with grace, with pride,
without fear.

So listen now, listen to its beat. Its
rhythm will shake you, take your hand,
so dance now, dance with the flame,
because once you've heard its call,
you will never be the same.
