Khovsgol

Khovsgol, the Black is a tall, thin man clad entirely in the hue after which he is named. He and his motley crew of rustlers spend their time coming up with devious plots to steal the famed Chaghut horses from the nearby encampment. Khovsgol is willing to go to great lengths to achieve this goal, even offering rewards to adventurers who prove successful in aiding his cause.
