Besides Kolyartus's role and history with Hriddan Settlement, from the Achaean news column: "A whirling maelstrom of snow blanketed much of central Sapience in snow. Kolyartus the Blizzard, a powerful ice demon from the far north, was discovered to be the cause of the sudden climate change, having somehow broken free of his prison. His ice-demon minions wreaked havoc, rampaging through the snowfall and slaying countless Achaeans in their path. Finally, a special spear wielded by Agrias of the Sentinels of Nature brought down Kolyartus, ending the blizzards."
