Blue Feather Cafe
The Blue Feather Cafe is located on the fourth tier of the city of Arcadia, home of the Atavian race. An area for indoor dining is provided by a few small tables while an outdoor patio provides space for natives to the area to spread their wings as they enjoy the local fare. A group of Atavian cooks prepare food while Narvus both serves guests to the establishment and runs a catering service.
