Public News Post 840 authored by Sarapis introduces alcohol. Madelyne 07:15, 14 March 2007 (PDT)

Alcohol was first introduced in 196 AF, but Demeter created the first alcoholic drink? I don't think the latter is correct - Demeter did not exist until about 315 AF. Can anyone verify this? Thanks! Asara 00:28, 29 May 2007 (GMT)

In case the issue hasn't already been resolved, I believe (as _the story_ goes) Demeter did this as a Celani far before the Achaean timeline we are familiar with began. That is, she experimented with honey long ago, discovering mead, but alcohol wasn't formally introduced to Achaeans (though it had "existed" since ancient historical times) until 196 AF. --Krypton 00:12, 22 April 2008 (GMT)
