Tuomo is an elder Mingruk who lives in Manara Burrow. The years show clearly on Tuomo's lined face, with flecks of black gracing his silvery-white pelt. Tuomo expresses his concern to visitors over Ebra and the general state of affairs for his people under the enslavement of the gnolls.
