Vertani shield arcanum

Purloined from stores of the Vertan, the Vertani shield arcanum (shortname: shieldarcanum) is an alien talisman which provides thirty (30) seconds of protection from all meteors when activated. Any meteor intended for the bearer of the arcanum deflects off of its surface to strike another adventurers in the room instead (if there are any). It has a five minute cooldown and is themed for the Vertan Empire.
