The Eldritch Empire of Ruin arose in Sarapin of 922 AF, the inaugural modern empire. Under the oversight of Overseer Imyrr Invictus, the city-state of Ashtan coalesced its conquered territories through the principles of conquest through chaos. The Ashtani empire's ascension lasted just shy of ten years, losing imperial status at the close of 931 AF.
