What is this land fraught with waging war?

What fate brought Nikolas to the fore?

From humble beginnings he began to speak,

Lord Sarapis now would guide his feet.

He emerged Nicator, as he was forever known.

As Nicator he would ascend his throne.

Against all odds, his army began their quest

and cities surrendered at Nicator's behest.

The angel Lisanne battled and lent her aid,

Ashtan's king fell, Seleucar won the day.

Not everyone admired the emperor bold,

some thought him careless, callous, and cold.

Yet when he died many wept their sorrow,

mourning his death and the fate of tomorrow.

His son took up the mantle and emperor's pains,

the Black Wave would plague his budding reign.

Times grew more dire and on the war raged,

Occultists emerged to hold death at bay.

The Seleucarian army soon arrived to do their best

and dispatched the monsters to their deaths.

Foreboding prophecy marked a timely end,

rest and rebuilding, for a time did descend.

Peace and prosperity soon spread near and far,

harmony came at last to the empire of Seleucar.
