Palpatar, the Glutton of Glaaki, is a Chaos Lord who can be found upon the Chaos Plane within the slave pits. He squats upon the ground, never moving from his spot. The skin of his bloated body is incredibly porous. White worms squirm in and out of his pores, a revolting sight, indeed.
