The Entity (who later became known as Thiesekh) was an entity who originated from the Grimoire of Souls, around the year 950 AF.

People in Achaea first noticed his presence in the form of whispers, gently suggesting they should embrace their deaths. Many adventurers were killed, while some Denizens were sent to the Soulrealms by the Entity for good.
