Welhan

Welhan is a village elder of the Nilari of Mount Gheladan. Like other rat-like members of his race, he wears leather sandals and loose-fitting clothing. Welhan, who enjoys making candles in his spare time, uses a gnarled oak cane to support his hunched form.
