Vultubus

The Vultubus is a two-headed creature with the black-feathered wings of a vulture, and the disposition of an angry hornet. It dwells in a cave on top of Mount Topoa on the island of the same name. Outside of its cave sits a deep, stone trough, stained with the blood of beastial offerings to this monster of Tapoa.
