Q-Ball is the chief engineer of the militant beavers which guard the dam over Runaway River in Bopalopia. Fueling a fascination for gadgets of mass destruction, he seeks to further his reputation as an inventor of all things that go "BOOM!". He is named after his father's apparent love for billiards.
