Apes

Apes are strong and somewhat intelligent omnivorous creatures with the ability to stand and walk erect. They can inflict a great deal of damage by swinging their fists and biting with their sharp teeth. A troop of several female red apes and a single dominant male, the King Ape, resides near a spring in the hills of Tapoa Island.
