Arctar

Arctar, the Defender, is a Chaos Lord who resides atop the great volcano in the Chaos Plane. His clothing, one of his unusual traits, is in constant flux, every combination and form of armour imaginable oscillating in and out of view. Arctar oversees the defensive aspects of Domination, a skill of both Occultist and Outcast-classed adventurers.
