Shouldn't this be under another category since it's not really an event but a recurring festival?

I can't find any other category that fits, unless you call this a holiday. I also didn't realize that the festival is a recurring event... the article is a bit confusing, it mentions it as an annual festival but says that it was "once held on the blah blah of Valnuary to blah blah".
