Borme, the innkeeper, is proprietor of the Blind Burro Inn in Nimick. He spends his time serving native foods and drinks to locals and visitors alike.
Borme's Wares
- Potato bake - 115gp
- Thinly sliced potatoes with a creamy cheese sauce baked and sprinkled with parsley and basil.
- Potato vodka - 20gp
- A single shot of Nimick's finest served with a sliver of lemon.
- Nimickan manaye - 150gp
- Thin layers of pastyl, sheep mince, and cheese grilled in a wood oven then sprinkled with parsley and basil.
- Cob of corn - 50gp
- Scalding hot to the touch and smeared with a dallop of sheep's butter.
- Corn juice - 20gp
- Served in a tall, crystal glass with bits of corn floating on top.
- Cup of black tea - 20gp
- Served hot in a fired clay cup with fresh tea leaves floating idly around the cup.
- Plate of roast lamb and vegetables - 210gp
- Tender roasted lamb is garnished with parsley and smothered in thick brown gravy that oozes across the entire plate. Roasted potato and pumpkin sit next to the lamb, along with boiled peas, carrots, and a long cob of buttered corn.
- Bundle of puffed corn - 50gp
- Puffed corn, lightly buttered and salted and still warm to the touch.
