Nixies

Nixies are water sprites (usually female, though males also exist) that can often be mischievous or vindictive when crossed. Two of the more well-known nixies in Achaea are the sisters Volandria and Chiada, though an unnamed brother-sister pair is known to exist on Clockwork Isle.
