Dawlish was a young atavian who served as Targossas' town crier. A former child thief from Sirocco, the one-handed boy was taken in by citizens of the Dawspear, clothed and fed. Dutifully standing by to sound the alarm should intruders threaten his new home, Dawlish was a proud young man, and was quick to inform you that he took orders only from the Lumarchs and the Dawnlord.
