Alsilan, the condemned lives in Tenwat, a terrible prison he founded during his time as Archprelate. It was built to hold political dissidents and to serve as a place where the Church could be free to torture and execute heretics of all kinds. Eventually, the Church turned on him and cast him into the dungeon he created. He still raves in his torment of those he wishes to destroy.
