The Conclave is a band of mystics that were tied to the disruption of the Ethian cycle and the destruction of the landmarks. Its known members include Hycanthus, Haag, O'ising, and their leader, the former red dragon Yudhishthira. Former member included was, the ice wizard [[[Maklak]] who is imprisoned in ice on the Elemental Plane of Water.
Originally appearing during the Reflection Incident, it also played an important role in the Birth of Destruction, resulting in the creation of the Goddess Makali.
