Shindo focusses on the spectacular unleashing of Shin energy, allowing one to enter the Shin trance to truly understand its power. Those of the Blademaster class possess this skill, placing them further along the path to becoming a true master swordsman. Furthermore, many advanced abilities within TwoArts and Striking require Shin energy to perform, and without the mastery of the ShinTrance ability the use of such will not be possible.
