Mistress Aethene, is a merchant located outside of the Citadel of Prosperity (the House estate of the Grand Merchant Collective) in Delos. A regal Tsol'aa with platinum hair that reaches well past her waistline, she possesses wide blue eyes that are keen and observant, carefully calculating everything around her. Her presence is announced by the jingling of her purse which she keeps in at her golden belt.
