Bloodworms are small demons bred for a specific task: the consumption of the flesh and blood of their prey. Their translucent skin is often stretched to the point of bursting, appearing blood red from the contents of their intestinal tracts. Their small, black eyes betray their predatory intelligence, eyeing everything around them as a potential next meal. Summoned through the use of Apostasy, they lie in wait to consume the enemies of their summoner.
