The ophidian chieftain, Skt'all, is the leader and largest warrior of his half-human, half-snake people living beneath the Dungeon of the Beastlords in Great Rock. Covered in scarred armour of light grey scales, he has bright yellow eyes that coldly appraise the strengths and weaknesses of anyone who dares trespass upon his chambers.
