Hellsight is both an affliction and the name for the devotional ability that grants the malady. Through the power of his or her devotion, an adventurer can expose an unlucky victim to visions of Hell itself. One experiencing these tormented visions will almost immediately develop secondary afflictions such as fear or epilepsy, and they will continue to reoccur until hellsight itself is cured. This is done by smoking elm.
