The Miba village in the newbie area of Minia is inhabited by Pygmies. Only available to adventurers under level twenty-one, it has been the source of many newbie|newbies' fortune.
Pygmies who inhabit Minia's Miba village have a longstanding feud with the Kobolds in the nearby Libra Dungeon. The members of the village keep several Kobolds imprisoned there in hopes that others of their race will join the villagers for dinner.
