Arctar, the Defender, is a Chaos Lord who resides atop the great volcano in the Chaos Plane. His most unusual trait is his clothing, which fluctuates constantly, oscillating between every combination and form of armour imaginable. Arctar oversees the defensive aspects of Domination, a skill employed by both Occultist and Outcast-classed adventurers.
