Balaia, the little snow tigress, wanders the steets of Cyrene sniffing adventurers' pockets to check for mutton. Balaia was once the personal pet of Lord Aretos, a Celani who calls Cyrene home, but she was given to the city as a gift when Aretos was called away for an extended period. He gave instructions to the city not to feed the feline mutton despite her cravings for it, as he felt it made her fat.
