Magister Dominar was one of the three undead Tsol'dasi that composed the Magisterion. He resided in the Tower Elniftor in the Underworld. Unlike Pryla'ket, who attempted to build an army by swaying the present undead to her cause, Dominar sought to build an army for the Magisterion by hand by uncovering Ugrach's method of forcing soulbleed to coalesce into undead beings.
