Grotesquely overweight, Ullver is nonetheless an apt ruler of the small Glubbian community inhabiting the crystal caverns beneath Enverren Marsh. Like the rest of his people, he is immensely grateful to Chiada, the nixie, for saving his people from slavery at the hands of Lord and Lady Enverren.
