The obsidian thirsty faced urn is an artefact vase which, when dropped, can temporarily drain a flooded location of water. After fifteen seconds the vase releases it again, reflooding it. An urn may only perform this feat once every three minutes. Thirsty faced urns are exclusively sold by Phileo at the Eagle's Perch in Delos.
