Adisc of mirrored obsidian is a foot-long, paper-thin polished disc reinforced with magic and mithril. One may create a frozen, properly coloured image of a room, an adventurer, a denizen, or a object. The mechanism requires a cube of elemental ice to function, which will be used up. Simply pointing the disc at the desired target will produce the frozen image for the benefit of posterity.
