Arctar, the Defender, is a Chaos Lord who resides atop the great volcano in the Chaos Plane. His clothing, one of his unusual traits, is in constant flux. Arctar oversees the defensive aspects of Domination, a skill of both Occultist and Outcast classed adventurers.
