Visionary Khystra, the High Ritualist is the Shaman proprietor of White Flames in the city-state Hashan. Joining the Crown of the Ithmia in 314 A.F. at the behest of her esteemed relative Tithian, the House tutor of the Spirit Walkers, she crafts and sells various ritual items, including candles bearing special runic symbols of the shamanic arts.
