The Conclave was a band of mystics that were tied to the disruption of the Ethian cycle and the destruction of the landmarks. Its known members included Hycanthus, Haag, Maklak, O'ising, and their leader, the red dragon Yudhishthira.
Originally appearing during the Reflection Incident, it also played an important role in the Birth of Destruction, resulting in the creation of the Goddess Makali.
