The Festival of the Spirits marks a time of great celebration within the House of the Spirit Walkers.
Once held every fifty years, the Festival now commemorates the naming of each new Heir, the successor to the current Prophet or Prophetess, and takes place nine years into the current Prophet's reign. Another Festival is held upon the Succession of the Heir as the New Prophet of the House (eighteen years later).
This period of celebration is marked by several public rituals, games, arena events, and other activities.
