Arakh, Grellek, Firefox, Calla, Caleth, and Catlynne, along with other citizens, were responsible for its initial design and layout. Housed within the Dome are the Fontis and three distinct areas devoted to each member of the Triad of the Night, all of Whom have served as a Divine Patron for Hashan since the time of its construction. A prominent feature of the Dome is the Tower of the Moon and Stars.
